Using Duotobe
You must provide accurate account, wedding, guest, and payment information and keep your credentials secure. You may only upload content you own or are authorized to use.
Invitations must not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material. We may unpublish content or suspend accounts when required to protect guests, the platform, or comply with law.
Payments and publication
Previewing is available before payment. Publication is enabled only after a verified PayHere payment or an approved bank transfer. Browser return pages do not confirm payment.
Invitation validity and the applicable price are shown before payment. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Availability
We work to keep invitations available and secure, but scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or events outside our control may temporarily affect service. Keep an exported copy of important RSVP information.
Account closure
You may delete your account from Settings. Public access is removed immediately; unnecessary personal content is deleted, while payment and security audit records may be anonymized and retained where legally required.
