We process host account details, wedding content, private media, guest RSVP responses, payment records, and security logs required to operate the platform.
Analytics choices
Optional audience analytics and advertising measurement load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Rejecting them does not affect account, invitation, payment, or security features. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be cleared through its site-data controls.
How information is used
Information is used to create and publish invitations, process payments, manage RSVPs, deliver transactional emails, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and access
Application data is stored in managed database infrastructure. Invitation media and payment slips are stored in a private object-storage bucket. Payment slips are accessible only to their owner and authorized administrators.
Guest privacy
A public invitation can be opened by anyone who receives its link. Hosts should avoid publishing sensitive information. RSVP details remain private to the host and authorized administrators.
Retention and deletion
Guest contact details are anonymised after the configured post-expiry period. Analytics events are retained for a limited period. Account deletion removes public access and unnecessary personal data; legally required payment and audit records are anonymized and retained where required.
Your choices
Hosts can update profile and invitation information, export RSVP and budget data, unpublish an invitation, or delete their account. Privacy requests can be submitted through the support page.
